Technology T Shirts

Technology T Shirts: if the design is about computers, smart phones, Apple, Microsoft, Google, or the like it falls into this category. Some good stuff in here.

Hey, this is funny on a several different levels. Normally these transformers turn into cars or planes or other cool things, so that they can’t be recognized easily on Earth, but here’s Optimus Prime, the leader of the good guys, putting on a funny nose and glasses disguise hoping the decepticons and the humans that don’t understand don’t recognize him. That’s pretty funny. The semi cab wasn’t working for him apparently. Actually, I think he’s trying to look more human so he can get with Megan Fox. Steal her from Shia LaBeouf’s character, Sam Wickiwhack.

An Apple a Day T Shirt

by on February 13, 2011

I always like to revisit the tried and true sayings. The ones that have stood the test of time because of their pithy wisdom and snappy rhyming. An apple a day keeps the doctor away is a fine example of a saying that has stood the test of time, because on a deeper level it is saying “let food be your medicine,” which truly is the best medical advice you can ever follow.

Damn. These Venn Diagrams are all over the Internet, especially in the funny t shirt world. I must have seen two or three in the last year. Combine that white hotness with the taking over the world popularity of zombies, aliens and robots and you have a shirt that will probably just internally combust because it is so damn awesome, trend, hot.

Mac Daddy T Shirt

by on December 31, 2010

Happy New Year’s Eve! This is the night to be the Mac Daddy.

What time period did the Mac Daddy phrase come into existence? I might have to go do 12 seconds of Internet research and figure that out. Okay, I’m back. Looks like maybe The Mack blaxploitation film from the 70s really kicked started that phrase. And, it means the head dude that’s got a way with the ladies. For further refinement of the definition, go ahead and check out the Urban Dictionary.

Baboons Typing T Shirt

by on December 10, 2010

This is the OB (Original Baboon) when it comes to Headline Shirts. This is like the start of it all, and I know that because this is the logo of the lovely little shirt retailer from San Francisco. It’s a great logo, because when pigs fly and baboons type Shakespearean sonnets, I’ll be out here by morning. Know what I’m saying? Do you smell the literary baboon steak I’m cookin’ over here. I thought you did and if you didn’t you wouldn’t be here. That’s how it works in this big crazy world. Everything comes down to you reading this and making that one decision:

I was just going to say wordplay alert but there are no words on the shirt. I, officially don’t have a specific category for this shirt. Obviously, I can put it into funny gamer t shirts (just created that category) as a separate entity from geeky nerdy category, because of it’s association with Wii Mario Kart, but what’s the category for funny wang doodle image. Maybe I’ll figure it out later.

Not sure if this shirt is related to any sort of pop culture phenomenon or if it came straight out of the beautiful minds working at Snorg Tees. Do you know? Yeah, you, the person reading this. You are reading this aren’t you?

Pure nonsense for your wearing pleasure. Are you down with absurdity? If so, this shirt with the random words and the blue fire hydrant referred to as an “apple” will be right up your alley.

“Apple has revealed iTunes 10, the newest version of iTunes complete with a new logo, new features and its very own social network for music called ‘Ping’ that he described as Facebook  meets Twitter for music.”

Doesn’t get much more geeky than this. If you’re a Photoshop design nerd or a cheesy romantic this is your shirt. No joke. You need this. Erase me, as in meld with me, become one with me, we will lose our individual identities and become a new love ball entity. So sweet. So naive. This never happens, or it does it only lasts 6 months. Then, you call it a relationship and that relationship is like punching the clock at the cubicle. It’s a job. The bliss never lasts. That’s what’s wrong with the world.

from TechCrunch:

“In November 2008, Tony Fadell, Apple’s senior vice president of the company’s iPod and iPhone divisions, stepped down due to “personal reasons.” At the time, this was thought to be a blow to Apple, as Fadell was considered to be one of the execs on the short list to eventually succeed Steve Jobs as CEO. But Apple wasted little time finding a solid replacement: Mark Papermaster. But now, not even two years later, Papermaster is out as well, the New York Times reports today.”

I’m moving to New York City, and I’m riding the subway every day, just to use the wireless. I’ll totally Tweet that I’m on the NYC subway 5 times a day. Then, I’ll do snarky little Facebook postings about how smelly or weird looking the people next to me are. I’m pumped for wireless in the NYC subway system.
