There’s a Youtube post about The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes, calling him officer friendly. There seems to be a band named Officer Friendly.
Okay, I get it. Thank God for Wikipedia. Police Departments used this Officer Friendly character as community outreach, and every single person in the United States has made a twisted video, featuring an Officer Friendly Character.
