We ride. We fight. We love. This is a great mashup of Charlie’s Angels and the Three Amigos. Pretty damn random, which makes it all the more enticing. You have the classic Angel’s pose coupled with the not quite as classic, but pretty classic get up the Three Amigos wore.

Ha ha. This is from the movie The Artist. When the gun was shot the flag said bang. It’s a silent movie so you don’t get the loud pop you do with full surround sound, so you have to show something to give the audience an idea. So, what about when the gun has a silencer? The audience needs to know this to. That’s where the design on this tee from Headline Shirts comes in. The flag says “shhh” as in quiet. Excellent.

I don’t have to tell you this shirt references the classic film The Goonies. Right? You knew that. You’re waiting for me to finish typing about it so you can buy the thing and trigger conversations at your church youth group, and or the night club on the other side of town. It’s huge to have something like this to break the ice when you’re trying to get into someone’s pants in the span of a couple of hours, or even just have a nice conversation and not stand alone.

I think maybe life has passed me by. That’s the kind of thoughts I have when I see that Zombie Lincoln was a massively popular novel and soon to be released as a movie. Oh wait, that was vampire Lincoln or was that zombie killer Lincoln. He has a hatchet. I know that.

You have a little mashup and wordplay going on right here. This is a creature from the Jim Henson movie, The Dark Crystal. And, of course, you have the song I’m Sexy and I Know It from LMAO. Now that you have the basics let me tell you where the real humor comes in. That bird is as ugly as sin. So, the implication that it is skekski is fall off you chair and roll on the floor laughing: FOYCROFL. I’ll right, maybe not that serious, but still.

Ha Ha. The movie portrays the Oompa Loompas as pretty happy, but I guess when the glare of the camera lights is turned away, it’s a different story. They never get to go outside, so they have to do that fake tan shit to get any color in their skin. And Willy Wonka is a bit creepy and a little too free with the hands if you know what I mean.

This is a sweet design by Sebastian Arango Guerrero and available over at Threadless. 1985 television versus film cars is such an awesome concept.
Of course, I can’t name all of the entrants in the derby, because I don’t know shit about pop culture, but I do see Herbie, the Dukes of Hazzard, the Batmobile, and perhaps the A-Team van. Then you have some random dudes sticking their heads out of their cars. Wish I knew who they were, but more importantly, I wish they had double strap harness seat belts and helmets on for safety, but I guess in the 80s things were a little looser. Not as loose as the 70s, but still not air bag and tickets for not wearing your seat belt, like the pansy era we live in now.
