Get This Shirt From Fat Guy Shirts

Classic line for the fat dudes. Ashamed or proud about your obesity? Doesn’t matter. This shirt weeks either way. And this is also a potentially great item to buy even if you’re not fat, because it’s a great gift for people you don’t like that maybe have body issues. Think of the pain and suffering.

Get This Shirt From Worm Sign

This tee is great. Apparently, the VP of Nintendo unironically said this in 1989:

“Computer games don’t affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us kids, we’d all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music.”

Get This Shirt From Skygraphx

This is an Americanized sugar skull which looks cool. There are a lot of symbols in there that I’m not sure how to interpret, including the flag with the star, the diamond eyes, and the pyramid base with the all-seeing eye. “Freedom is never free” generally means that we have to fight wars to maintain our freedom, which hasn’t necessarily been the case for the last 70+ years, or maybe it has.

Obey Vader T Shirt

by on August 12, 2012

Get This Shirt from Obey Vader

Nice little use of the ubiquitous Obey poster from Shepard Fairey that originally featured a close up of Andre the Giant. This is a natural extension of that idea using Darth Vader instead. This design comes from the shop by the same name Obey Vader, which you really need to visit if you’re in the market for t-shirts that feature Star Wars themes. Check it.

Get This Shirt From Red Bubble

Love this design from Crock Tees. Very appropriate with the Olympics going on. Also, cool to remember the 1968 Black Power salute from Tommie Smith and John Carlos, who medaled in the 200m. The US needed this reminder and many weren’t happy about it. I think those dudes are heroes.

Get This Shirt From Project Shirt

I always thought Rollie Fingers had the finest mustache of a sportsman, but this biker dude takes the prize for most wicked handlebar mustache of the world. This is why he is able to integrate it into his bicycle and become one with his ride. It’s that good.

Get This Shirt from Mutated Tees

This is funny. I’m sure referees in all sports are instructed to not look like this. They can go consult other refs if they are unsure, or better yet, just make a call with a lot of confidence and firm gesticulations and you can get away with any call.

Um…not sure if they’re having mental health issues over at Solid Threads, but if you check out their site right now, you’ll notice a ton of sweet shirts on sale for as low as $4.95. Could be constant exposure to New Jersey air, or I don’t know what, but you should probably take advantage.

What’s your name, and the name of your shop?

Andrew Johnson and the shop is Pud Tees.

Where did the name Pud Tees come from?

I was trying to come up with a short name that was memorable and that could be played around with. So you could have, Pud-u -like, Pudsville, Puderama etc. And it had to sound like fun.

Get This T-Shirt from Topatoco

The power of one tiny letter. This is actually from Romeo & Juliet. Juliet says “parting is such sweet sorrow.” Not quite the same meaning as on this fine shirt. However, I think both sentiments are equally valid. Think of that hangover in the morning. You sort of remember all the good times you had, but then you are sorrowful that you feel like such shit.
