Some people have no culture and some are just simply very cultured with bacteria. These days, they sell yogurt with an abundance of bacteria (bifidus regularis) – what is that. Some made up name that sounds like a real name for bacteria but just works for marketing purposes. It makes people think that if they eat this product, they will be regular because of all this bacteria with the term, “regular” in its name. Just a bunch of bull. You are eating living organisms sweetened with sugar – with or without fruit at the bottom. Good deal on this shirt though :)

What can I say. Miracle Max from the Princess Bride. He was played by Billy Crystal. Miracle Max was a medieval medicine man (how’s that for some alliteration?) with a good Jewish/Queens accent. This is one of the funniest movies from the eighties and this scene is awesome. I actually helped film a reenactment of this very scene, 10 years ago. If I can find that old footage in my archives, I will post it here. For now, here is a Billy Crystal discussing his character, Miracle Max. I have always loved him. I try always to be myself but there are rare occasions when I can be Batman. Now, sometimes I can be Robin but I say forget that and just keep on being myself. Batman is so cool. He’s dark, mysterious, has cool toys and has the coolest vehicles of anyone I know. Batman is not your typical super hero because he can almost cross the line into criminal behavior when he has to. No other super hero can boast that.
First you need to know what a Mexican Sugar Skull is. Basically, during Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead), people offer up these sugar skulls at the alter in remembrance. It’s sacred and spooky and sweet, just like Mexico. Naturally, Snorg Tees took this tradition and combined it with Star Wars and came up with the Sugar Skull Storm Trooper T Shirt.
You see the funny thing about this shirt is that it’s a little play on words, mixing pop cinematic culture pleasure with finite mathematics. Such a pairing, while not altogether common, is delectable in its ironic humor as long as it is executed properly. And, indeed, this Star Wars rip off is perfect pitch.
Pi says to i, “get real.” But i, in his excellent wit, comes back with, “be rational.” For you non-math geek people, here’s what this means: i is an “imaginary” number and therefore is not part of the set of “real” numbers. However, Pi is a “real” number but is not a “rational” number. In fact, Pi is what is called a “transcendent” number and there are many of those and more are discovered all of the time. How do I know this? Well, I actually have a degree in math and I used to eat, drink and sleep on math. My wife thinks I’m nuts. And I probably am. Or just extremely geeky.
These days we are constantly faced with Zombie infestations. Zombies chase you and if they catch you, they may eat your brains. So unless you can put some pea shooters or an exploding mushroom in their way before they reach me or you, I would sacrifice you by tripping you. There is one way you could make it out alive though. You could cover yourself in Eucalyptus scented hand lotion and sing Our House from the 80’s Ska band from London, Madness. You didn’t think I would leave you hangin’ did ya?
Just ask Hertz. Ask the late Pope John Paul (the second). Ask economists, Lipsey and Lancaster who developed the Theory of Second Best to describe what happens when you have a problem with an economic system, sometimes it is better to leave it alone. Why, because it may actually cancel out another problem or trying to solve the one would lead to others. I say, excellence rather than perfection and so does this shirt. OK, when the first Nintendo came out, there was a game that rose to meteoric popularity. The Legends of Zelda. I wasn’t um, around back then, uhh. But I did hear that it was out in the mid to late eighties. There is a song that is quite popular from modern versions of Zelda and has made its way into Internet pop culture. The Song of Storms Zelda, Make it Rain, I’ll Never forget this song, Ocarina of Time, etc. You hear what I am playin’?
I watched these old haters when I was a kid and these guys used to sit in their little boxes criticizing everyone. They drove me nuts but you’ve gotta love these grumpy old farts. These dudes are the original haters, yet they’ve never even heard the term ‘hater.’ For all you Muppets fans out there, this one is for you. Get one before they’re Gonzo!
So your little sister hears you say, “ball so hard” to your homies and she thinks it is an invitation for some attention-getting cry time. This is a play on the sports shirts from Ball So Hard University and is a bit of stretch from the original meaning but I will let Busted Tees continue making their epic shirts. There is an explicative that often follows the phrase “Ball So Hard” and has to do with searching for a dude that wears stripes and a funny hat and hides from you.
