Bad Night at the Precinct: Katerine Blatty, Issue 3, Vol. 7. I can’t figure out if this shirt is related to a web comic or what. Seems like it is with the issue and volume number. I can only guess Katherine is a vampire prostitute and she’s pissed for being brought in to the police precinct. Might a got a little ugly right after the mugshot was taken. That Katherine is a pretty hot vampire though.
