Alfitude Design Gots It Goin’ On In London

by on September 10, 2011

Alfitude Design is cooking some things up on the other side of the Atlantic that make me smile. They hand-print t-shirts and totes with some filthy gorgeous (thanks Scissor Sisters) designs that will be sure to make you feel at least 32% more desireable and awesome when you wear/carry them.

Let me put it to you this way. The proprietor’s name is Alfie. If that ain’t the real deal when it comes to this kind of sticky schtick, then the world as we know it doesn’t even exist and the human race is just a microscopic parasite on the big toe nail of an alien creature. But, let’s not get into that right now, because I don’t have enough weed to sustain the mind truth track.

Instead, let’s talk about Alfitude T-Shirts…shall we? Because I like them, and they’re available in men’s and women’s styles and sizes.

London Smiley Cloud T Shirt

It’s a dark cloud and pouring rain, but that doesn’t have to lower you mood. Know what I’m saying.

Grace Jones Slave to the Rhythm T Shirt

There is certainly something very compelling about Grace Jones circa 1985. Leggy, dark black, white teeth, wild but managed hair, the stand up vacuum cleaner eyebrows, actress, singer, model, and vixen. She had it going on and it’s very appropriate to celebrate the Grace Jones swagger with a tee.

London Pigeon

I try to hat pigeons, but they’re pretty and the really move with a herky jerky funk which is undeniable and formidable. With this particular view, the avalanche of shit fades into the facade.

Vanity 6 T Shirt

I dare you to not be moved in the loinal region listening to this song. Can’t do it, and that’s why this flash in the pan group from the mid-80s rates high enough to be immortalized on a t shirt.

Hey, Alfitude ships worldwide, and takes Paypal, so if you dig one of these designs, you probably oughta get one right now no matter where you are in the world. And tell a friend, relative, or work chum about ’em, because this kind of style transcends borders and ideologies.
